Mounting
  • The tower is installed on the original mounting points of the upper and lower triple clamps.

Materials
  • Tower manufactured in aluminum, laser cut and CNC bent.
  • Built to last. At the heart of our design is the tower-to-bike mount made of advanced stainless steel.
  • Unlike other manufacturers, you won't find any plastic components here. This tower features an ultra-resistant structure made 100% of metallic materials. It is an armored design, robust and heavily tested in the most extreme rallies by professional riders, guaranteeing absolute resistance to vibrations where others fail.
  • Finished in matte textured black, powder coated and oven baked.
  • Total weight of the entire set, including all components, is approx. 2.5kg.
Instrumentation
  • The tower includes an upper tray with multiple mounting and tilt positions, allowing various placements and adjustments to install any TABLET or GPS.
  • The upper tray is mounted with 4 extra-wide silentblocs included in the kit.
  • An aluminum adapter is also included in the kit to install the original speedometer of the motorcycle.
  • Our TABLET + ICOS HOLDER is available as an option, with which you can install accessories such as external trips or Stella.
Lighting
  • 2 HESAPARTS X-LED spotlights of 50 W each.
  • Low beam: one spotlight is activated. High beam: both spotlights are activated.
  • Due to the high power consumption of the lights, on newer models equipped with an OCU (i.e., those without a traditional fuse box), the control unit may cut off the power supply upon detecting this level of consumption. An optional, specialized electronic bypass module is available for modern motorcycles with an OCU; this prevents the control unit from cutting the power or triggering error warnings on the instrument cluster due to the lights power draw.
  • Maximum IP Protection (Water & Dust): Completely sealed against the elements. They withstand wading, torrential rain, dense mud, and the finest dust storms without moisture penetrating the optics.
  • Light connector: All kits are shipped with a plug & play adapter so you don't have to modify anything in your motorcycle's original wiring.
Connectivity
  • Dual USB Port with Waterproof Rubber Cap: Integrated directly into the tower structure to simultaneously power your navigation devices, smartphones, or action cameras. Its highly resistant watertight rubber cap prevents the entry of water, mud, and fine dust.
  • 4-Way Fuse Box: Forget about chaotic or improvised electrical setups. The tower incorporates a dedicated fuse box that centralizes the cockpit connections, facilitating quick access for maintenance and isolating the navigation system from the rest of the motorcycle.
Electrical installation
  • Direct and Protected Line: The kit includes all the necessary wiring from the battery to the navigation tower. It features an integrated main safety fuse and is manufactured with high thermal resistance armored cable, designed to withstand high engine temperatures and prevent friction wear.
  • Total Electrical Isolation by Relay: Maximum safety for your motorcycle's electronics. The installation incorporates a relay activated by a switch in the cockpit, allowing the tower's electrical system to be completely separated from the motorcycle's original circuit. This avoids interference, parasitic consumption, or overloads in the native system.
  • Plug & Play System with Quick Connectors: The entire installation is segmented using watertight quick-disconnect connectors. This allows you to mount, dismount, or completely remove the tower in a matter of minutes, without the need to cut wires or alter the main installation.
