Order Cancellation / Return Period
The consumer has the right to return the item or cancel the service within 14 days. This is sometimes referred to as the reflection period or withdrawal period. The consumer does not need to provide any reason or justification.
Items must be returned in good and unused condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
We will process a refund within 14 days of receiving the cancellation. We will delay the refund until we have received the product. The refund will not include the shipping costs the customer paid at the time of purchase.
The consumer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs in the event of withdrawal.
Once the return has been received and accepted, your refund will be processed via the original payment method.
Warranty Conditions
We provide the consumer with a 2-year warranty (legal warranty) as protection against defective products or products that do not look or function as advertised.
If the product we sold turns out to be defective, or does not look or function as advertised, within the legal warranty period, we are responsible for it.
To qualify for a return or repair under the legal warranty, you must send us the item and pay the shipping costs. We are not responsible for any problems during shipping (lost package, incorrect customs paperwork, damage, delays, etc.).
The legal guarantees will not apply to the repair of any damage that may arise from a cause external to the part (for example, accident, impact, negligence, poor installation, etc.), or from an erroneous operation by the customer (for example, use or installation not in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, as well as manipulation or modification of the mechanical or electrical parts without the express consent of HESAPARTS (for example, cutting power cables, drilling or modification of parts or pieces), use that is harmful to the proper functioning of the part, use for commercial or collective purposes, or use of the vehicle other than that authorized by its manufacturer).
Only the person who purchased the item may make a claim.
The consumer is obligated to provide all necessary information for the shipment of the merchandise. HESAPARTS will never ship for private purposes or outside the law, so international shipments will always be accompanied by all necessary customs procedures.
In the event of a lack of information to fulfill the contract, HESAPARTS will contact the consumer to gather all necessary information for the shipment and thus fulfill the contract.
Because HESAPARTS manufactures to order, once the order is received, these manufactured items are usually handmade or customized.
In the event of a deliberate lack or omission of any information necessary for the shipment of the merchandise or fulfillment of the contract, the contract will be legally voluntarily annulled by the buyer, and HESAPARTS will be free from any payment or refund for all products that were manufactured by express order of said contract.
