SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS

Delivery:
Your package will be delivered to your shipping address by the selected system before payment. The delivery time in Europe is from 3 to 10 business days (depending on the shipping system chosen).

Once you have received your package, we recommend that all customers open the box in a clean and safe environment, while verifying that all products have been delivered correctly and are free of defects. If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact our customer service department immediately. Also have photos available for emailing if requested by customer service.

Shipping rate by weight:
All shipping costs are calculated with rates based on weight and destination.

Payments:
We offer three payment options.

Credit Card, Paypal and Bank Transfer.

You can comfortably pay in three installments and without interest through Paypal.

Pay safely with debit or credit card! All the information is sent encrypted through SSL so that no stranger can read your card details, this is done through the Paypal gateway. We accept all major VISA and MasterCard cards. No hidden charges for card purchases. Card payments are processed by Paypal, who are the leading partners in the payments domain.

STANDARD TERMS OF SALE

All sales are subject to the following terms and conditions;

1. Customer Acknowledgment:

The Customer acknowledges that they agree to these Terms of Sale when placing an order to purchase a Product from HESAPARTS.

2. All sales made in Spain:

All sales will be considered made in Spain, regardless of the Customer’s location.

3. Purchase price:

  • Prices and promotions are listed on the HESAPARTS website and its advertising, and are subject to change without notice.
  • HESAPARTS collects sales tax (VAT) on sales delivered within the EU. HESAPARTS will not be responsible for the handling or customs costs of shipments outside the EU.
  • If an error is made and an incorrectly priced product is included, HESAPARTS will retain the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, HESAPARTS will immediately issue a refund in the amount of the incorrect price.

4. Errors and omissions:

HESAPARTS makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website. However, the information, services, products offered for sale, and materials contained and/or advertised on HESAPARTS, including, without limitation, text, graphics, and links, are provided “as is” without warranty. HESAPARTS and its suppliers do not represent or warrant that the information accessible through HESAPARTS is accurate, complete, or current. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice.

5. Terms of shipment:

When the Customer places an order, the order will be shipped to an address designated by the Customer. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipping contract.

All packages are insured for damage and/or loss. The customer is (if requested) responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

All orders will be consolidated into one shipment, this may add additional time to final delivery.

Delivery times are estimates only and HESAPARTS will not be responsible for any delays.

6. Warranty information:

Customers are entitled to the manufacturer’s limited express warranty, if any, accompanying the product. HESAPARTS is only responsible for products under the HESAPARTS brand. All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. HESAPARTS will not be liable under any circumstances for special, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages; maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising from any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product

7. General:

These Terms of Sale and any transaction made under them shall be interpreted and subject to Spanish law.

In the event that any section or part of a section of these Terms of Sale is held to be illegal or unenforceable, that section or part of a section will be removed from the Terms of Sale and the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.

HESAPARTS shall not be liable for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God and other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including, but not limited to, war, riot, seizure, and embargo.

These Terms of Sale may be modified from time to time by HESAPARTS without notice, and are effective as of the date of the then current advertisement or website. Please refer to the current ad or website.
