WARRANTY & RETURNS

ORDER CANCELATION / RETURN PERIOD

The consumer has the right to return the item or cancel the service within 14 days. This is sometimes called a cooling off period or withdrawal period. The consumer does not have to give any reason or justification.

Items must be returned undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

We will process a refund within 14 days of receiving the cancellation. We will delay the refund until we have received the product. The refund will not include the shipping costs that the customer paid when making the purchase.

The consumer will have to pay the return shipping costs in case of withdrawal.

Once the return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed through the original method of payment.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

We give the consumer a 2 year warranty (statutory guarantee) as protection against faulty products or products that do not look or work as advertised.

If the product we sold turns out to be faulty, or does not look or work as advertised, within the legal warranty period, we are responsible for it.

In order to qualify for a return or repair under the legal guarantee, you must send us the item and pay the shipping costs. We will not be responsible for any issues during shipping (package loss, incorrect customs paperwork, damage, delay, etc.).

The legal guarantees will not be applied to the repair of eventual damages that derive from an external cause to the part (for example, accident, blow, negligence, bad installation…), or from an erroneous maneuver by the client (for example, a use or installation that does not conform to the manufacturer’s specifications, a use that is detrimental to the proper functioning of the part, a use of a commercial or collective nature, or a use of the vehicle other than that authorized by its manufacturer.

Only the person who purchased the item can make a claim.

The consumer has the obligation to provide all the information necessary for the shipment of the merchandise. HESAPARTS will under no circumstances make any shipment as a private individual or outside the law, so international shipments will always be accompanied by all the necessary paperwork for customs.

In the absence of data to fulfill the contract, HESAPARTS will contact the consumer to collect all the information necessary to make the shipment and thus be able to fulfill the contract.
Because HESAPARTS manufactures to order, once the order is received, these manufacturing parts are often handmade or personalized,
In the event of the lack or deliberate omission of any data necessary for the shipment of the merchandise or fulfillment of the contract, the contract will be legally annulled voluntarily by the buyer, leaving HESAPARTS free of any payment or refund for all products that were manufactured by express order of that contract.
